Crystal + Mike - Engagement

Well, I have one word to describe this session... COLD!  Haha, it wasn't that bad though really.  I had a great time shooting engagement portraits with Mike and Crystal on Saturday.  I was still getting over being sick which is never fun, but we made a few trips inside in between shooting so it wasn't too bad.  This couple wanted a "Winter Wonderland" theme to the portraits and I think we achieved it, everything at Botanical Gardens was frozen including the fountain and lake! Mike and Crystal were troopers and I think we got some really great pictures!  We did most of the pictures outdoors and we also did some inside the Greenhouse.   Here are a few of my favorites :-)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ryan's Graduation!

The Weavers

Molly and Matt

I spent a beautiful Saturday afternoon in downtown Helena with this fun couple! Molly and Matt are not "officially" engaged yet, they are still waiting to pay the ring off before making it official (smart idea!), but we wanted to get some shots for a save the date before it gets too cold.  We get to do another session later on when we have the ring! :-)  I can't wait to shoot their wedding in Mississippi in May! Brittany and Cameron - Engagement

You may recognize this beautiful couple from one of my first blog posts. When I first started getting into professional photography Cameron and Brittany were kind enough to let me practice on them. We did some "faux" engagement pictures and then they ended up actually getting engaged a few months later!  So now these are the real engagement pictures :-)  This couple is so comfortable in front of the camera and cannot take a bad picture. Lauren and Stephen - Engagement

I had a great time hanging out with Lauren and Stephen at Botanical Gardens this past Saturday.  We did the session in the late afternoon so we were missing the Alabama game, but my husband was nice enough to keep Stephen and I updated :-)  Both Stephen and Lauren are students at UAB and will be graduating in May, and then Stephen will be going to Medical School!  They are a very cute couple and I am sure you will agree with me as you look through their preview :-)
